AUSTRALIA WIDE
Our preferred carrier is Australia Post. We have a contract with Australia Post for all
of our shipping needs. Every parcel that leaves us has a tracking number and comes with
Reciepted Delivery (the receipient has to sign for it).
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent by Australia Post regular airmail.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges is calculated based on the total weight of your purchase(s).
You can get a quote for shipping costs by proceeding through the
checkout process. All you need to do is add the products that you are interested in, into the shopping cart and then proceed thru the checkout. There, the website will generate a shipping cost base on the destination, and the total weight of products in your shopping cart.
Delivery Times
All items that are in stock (Prices and availability are subject to change. Please e-mail or call to confirm!)
will be process A-S-A-P and will be ship out as soon as we
have received payment. Items that are "PRE-ORDER" will be process as soon as the items has
reached our warehouse. If you've purchased "IN STOCK" items and "PRE-ORDER" items, the "IN STOCK"
items will be send out first and the pre-ordered item will be send out when we have received it.
Please note: You will only pay for one shipping charges.
Payments made via credit cards and Paypal will be ship out within
48-72 hours. Payments made via direct deposit, money order and cheque (Australia only) will be ship out as
soon as we have payment confirmation.
Sometimes, we may have to source some products from our supplier at the time of your order. The turnaround delivery time for this event will take around 2 weeks.
Once we dispatched your order, the delivery time can vary, depending on where you live.

Returns
Please choose carefully as items sold may not be returned unless they have been sent in
error. If you need to return an item that has been sent in error please contact us first.
